• MOISTURE FREE

Brick is cooked clay. Clay, water and mud are completely natural materials that are used in our brick production. Our brick is made from materials that are completely indigenous and natural environment without any chemical foreign substances makes it more natural and healthy than other wall building materials. Usually because we live in the same buildings for too many years, we have to understand the positive effects of the bricks on our health.

  • DOES NOT CRACK THE PLASTER

The good fusion of brick and plaster is the beginning of trouble-free days in the future. The dilation coefficients of the brick and plaster are made close to each other. This prevents the formation of plaster cracks. Plaster cracks, which can be caused by the factors of the construction of some wall materials, cause both moisture penetration and exfoliation.

  • FIRE RESISTANT

Bricks are cooked at approximately 950 - 1000 °C. A good building material that is resistant to fire can save lives during a fire accident. Due to the fact that it is a non-combustible and natural material, it does not give toxic gas to the environment during an unwanted fire. Brick and Asmolen, which are fire resistant class A1 products that are effective against the risks created by flammable materials in the roofs, floors and coated facates. Within the extend of fire regulations, Brick and Asmolen is a notebly agreeable fire resistant and safe building material.

  • STURDY AND DURABLE

One of the most important aspects of brick is that it is sturdy and long-lasting for construction and residential owners. The fact that the bricks in the world have been used for about 6000 years and that they remain solid throughout generations. this is the best evidence of solidity and long life of brick.

We manufacture 30 million pieces of brick, 5 million peaces of concrete construction units (Bims) per year.

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • What is Brick?

Bricks are clay molds. It is used in wall building to construction. Another type of brick is known as tile. The cracks of the bricks are cooked in the furnace. It is a cheap and useful construction material. The use of bricks dates back to 6,000 years ago. The first produced bricks; "adobe" were used to left under the sun for drying.

  • What is Bims?

Bims (pumice) is a volcanic, silicate-based, glassy and porous lightweight construction element. About it's features, it is economic, heat and sound insulation is at the top level, it is easy to work with, stable, easy to plaster and high heat resistant lightweight construction element. Due to these characteristics, it has gained importance in recent years.

  • Why Brick?

With their low air permeability, sufficient airtightness and pressure tensile strength, vapor permeation resistance, breathability, low weight & high heat retention, resistance to chemical exposures, non-flammability and flameproofness, water and moisture retention, plaster retention and dimensional stability, bricks carries out these economical features.

  • Why Bims?

Because of the Bims’s natural gaps inbetween it’s structure, it also serves as a strong high heat and sound insulation. It will highly isolate winter’s cold as well as summer’s heat. With it’s strong, durable and light weight feautures, it became the one sovereign construction material in the sector.
